Magnificent Men of Monday

We saw Zero Dark Thirty this weekend. That was just a little bit intense and stressful. Thankfully, this face gave me comfort:

I could not remember who he was for the life of me. The second the movie concluded, I IMDB’d that fool. Taylor Kinney. Then I remembered. Lady Gaga’s boyfriend. Wellllllllllll played sister, well played.

Anyway, enjoy and be jealous.

Happy New Year’s Eve! Be safe and please don’t try to kill anyone with your car.

SO jealous you saw the movie! It’s not out in Boston yet and I’m dying! Was it amazing?

  3. Kind of wish you’d start a new blog called “The Magnificent Men of Every Day of the Week”. I’d follow that shit in a heartbeat.

Hahahaha man that would be so much easier than actually having to write and proofread stuff. You might be on to something.

  4. You can see him on TV every single week on NBC: Chicago Fire.

    You’re welcome.

      Woohoo!!!!

      • Fat Sonja

I am appalled that you haven’t already been watching Chicago Fire. It is amaaaaazing! Now, what is the basis of his movie? ‘Cuz you like waaaaay different kinds of movies than I do ;)

Killing Osama Bin Laden!!! And him looking hot while doing so!! Also, why are you now “Fat Sonja”? I much prefer “the artist formally known at Skinny Sonja.” Much more positive sounding.

Because of the 12 pounds I gained eating all of the food this month. And that isn’t a woe-is-me exaggeration; that is a sad, sad, woe-is-me fact ;) Skinny Sonja had better come back in January, though… I asked Chris to set mouse traps on the cupboard and refrigerator doors, but he thought that was a safety hazard to the children :(

I’m planning to just cover my kitchen floor with water and hook a live wire to the fridge and pantry. The risk of electrocution will hopefully keep me out of there.

Oh, I read a book about that. Except it was really long and looked boring, so I skipped to the last 20 pages ;) I saw Magic Mike, so clearly I don’t care about plot; I will also see this :)

Yeah the alliteration was better with Skinny Sonja too. Maybe Stocky Sonja until Skinny Sonja returns.

I love Chicago Fire and this man…but then I found out he is dating Lady GaGa. When I informed my step-mom about that, she said I ruined the show for her. He’s so cute and she’s so …. ick.

  6. Tess

Okay. So it’s fine that he’s all…fine and all. But how was the movie? I realized it was intense. But was it good? Should I see it immediately the moment it hits the theater? Because I’ve been waiting for it for months.

    • Reese's Runner

Absolutely and incredibly amazing. I was so anxious the entire time. I plan to see it again as soon as it is more widely released. 100% loved it.

  7. Taylor Kinney, also known as the #1 reason to watch The Vampire Diaries for pretty much all of Season 2. Do it now, thank me laaaater!!!

  8. Carol

I think I definitely love your blog!
